After you subscribe you get a licence key on your account page and by email. Paste it into EyeKeen once. While your subscription is paid, the app replaces the key with a fresh one before it expires; the key is the only thing the app ever sends to Addrivo.

Sign in at account.eyekeen.dev, open Billing and cancel. Nothing more is charged, and EyeKeen works until the end of the period you paid for.
Choose how many seats you need at checkout. You get the first seat yourself; give the others to colleagues by email from your account page. Each person gets their own key. If someone leaves, remove their seat and give it to someone else.
If you're a consumer in the EU you can withdraw within 14 days, up to the point you download EyeKeen or activate a key. Otherwise payments aren't refunded for partial periods, but you can cancel any time. The licence agreement has the details.
