EyeKeen End User Licence Agreement

Version 3.0 — Effective 26 October 2026

This agreement is between you and Addrivo Limited, a company registered in Ireland (Company No. 815210) with its registered office at 42 Mourne View Hall, Dublin Road, Dundalk, County Louth, A91 H2X3, Ireland ("Addrivo"). It governs your use of the EyeKeen desktop application, its licence keys, updates and documentation (together, "EyeKeen"). By installing, activating or using EyeKeen you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use EyeKeen.

EyeKeen is proprietary software owned by Addrivo. It is not sold to you; it is licensed to you under this agreement.

1. Beta software

EyeKeen is beta software: it has been tested, but its ultimate function and feature set depend on research that is still ongoing. Addrivo may amend EyeKeen, change how it works, and add or remove features at any time without further notice. During the beta Addrivo does not charge a fee for EyeKeen. Addrivo may introduce paid plans in future; if it does, you will be told before anything is charged.

2. Licence grant

Subject to this agreement, Addrivo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use EyeKeen on Apple computers that you own or control, for your own internal business or personal purposes, for as long as your licence key is valid.

3. Licence keys

EyeKeen requires a licence key issued by Addrivo. A key is issued to one named person, identified by email address, and expires on the date encoded in it. You must not share, publish, sell, lend or transfer your key, and you must not use a key that was issued to someone else. If you believe your key has been exposed, tell Addrivo and it will be replaced. Addrivo may revoke a key that is being misused.

4. What you must not do

Except where applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction, you must not, and must not allow anyone else to:

copy, distribute, re-host, mirror, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise make EyeKeen or its installer available to any third party;
modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of EyeKeen;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of EyeKeen;
remove, disable, circumvent or interfere with the licence key check, code signing, or any other technical protection in EyeKeen;
remove or alter any proprietary notice, branding or licence text in EyeKeen;
use EyeKeen to provide a service to third parties, or to build a competing product;
use EyeKeen in breach of any law or of the terms of any cloud provider whose services you access through it.

5. Your AWS account and costs

EyeKeen reads data from Amazon Web Services accounts using credentials and roles that you configure. You are responsible for those credentials, for the permissions you grant, and for complying with AWS's terms. EyeKeen is designed so that it cannot change infrastructure, but two features use billable AWS services with your credentials: AI analysis on Amazon Bedrock and log search through CloudWatch Logs Insights. AWS bills any such usage to your account, not to Addrivo. Addrivo does not operate a server for EyeKeen and does not receive your AWS data.

6. Data and privacy

EyeKeen runs on your computer. Configuration, history and local account details are stored on your computer in files you can read and delete. EyeKeen does not send your AWS data, credentials or usage information to Addrivo. If you contact Addrivo for a licence key or support, Addrivo processes your name and email address for that purpose in accordance with Irish and EU data protection law.

7. Ownership

EyeKeen, including all intellectual property rights in it, is and remains the property of Addrivo and its licensors. You receive only the limited licence set out above. Any feedback you give Addrivo about EyeKeen may be used by Addrivo without obligation to you.

8. Updates

Addrivo may provide updates to EyeKeen. Updates may change or remove features and may require a new licence key. This agreement applies to updates unless an update comes with different terms.

9. Term and termination

This agreement starts when you first install or use EyeKeen and continues until your licence key expires or the agreement is terminated. Addrivo may terminate it immediately if you breach it, including by sharing a key or redistributing EyeKeen. You may end it at any time by uninstalling EyeKeen. On termination you must stop using EyeKeen and delete all copies. Sections 4, 7, 10, 11 and 12 survive termination.

10. No warranty

EyeKeen is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Addrivo excludes all warranties, conditions and representations, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy. Addrivo does not warrant that EyeKeen will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that its output is complete or correct. You remain responsible for decisions you take based on information shown in EyeKeen.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Addrivo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business, or cloud service charges arising out of or in connection with EyeKeen, and Addrivo's total liability to you in connection with EyeKeen is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Addrivo for EyeKeen in the twelve months before the claim and one hundred euro (€100).

12. General

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it. If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Addrivo's failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement; Addrivo may assign it to a successor of its business. This agreement is the entire agreement between you and Addrivo about EyeKeen and replaces any earlier version. Addrivo may update this agreement for future versions of EyeKeen; you will be asked to accept the new version before using them.
